Honey-Cocoa Frosting
I made the white frosting and I loved it. It was light and loved that it didn't need any sugar. I put it over a pumpkin cake. Can't wait to make the chocolate frosting.

Oatmeal Banana Cinnamon Bread
This bread was very good. I followed everything but the extracts, which I didn't have, just some orange peel which i used, I loved the texture and the flavor. I brought it to work and they loved it also, thanks!!

Blueberry Oat Cookies
I couldn't stop eating these delicious cookies. I did add a little cinnamon. They were moist and full of blueberry flavor. I had to pack the dough with the blueberries and was worried they weren't going to cook well, but, not a problem at all. They cooked perfectly. My husband raved about them. It's going to be the first thing I think about when I have blueberries.
