About this Cook
I work in Account Management (office job). Outside of work, I frequent the gym... I jog, practice yoga, and other fitness activities. I enjoy cooking because I can see what's going into my food. Oh, and I'm always hungry! LOL. I am powerless against my darn cravings! Cooking to me is creative, fun, and a nice way to be social.

Broccoli Casserole
To lower the fat, I used 2 tbsp of low fat mayo & low fat cream of mushroom soup. Sauteed red onion in olive oil instead of butter. Used fresh broccoli & threw in 2 stalks of chopped celery. Absolutely delicious! Very very tasty. Thanks for sharing this recipe

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Made with 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Didnt have cider vinegar, so I subbed red wine vinegar. Also, I didnt have ground ginger, so I used minced ginger (fr a jar). I added 3 tbsp of water to even out the taste. Marinated the chicken overnight in some of the sauce... baked next day and it came out juicy and incredibly flavourful. Excellent teriyaki chicken recipe!
