Super Summer Grilled Bluefish
We enjoyed some excellent fresh bluefish fillets with this recipe. Perfect for those who don't think they like bluefish. You can trim off the dark meat with a spoon after cooking. Super easy.

Easter Breakfast Casserole
I carmeleized the onion and used left over honey ham. I'm giving 4 stars because I think the recipe should be modified to reflect the posts of pre-cooking the taters. Wicked easy and well recieved by all. Will make again.

Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made them with an electric mixer. Easy and fun for the little kids to roll the dough into balls. I will make them again.
