Broiled Red Potatoes

Sooooo delicious! I love red skinned potatoes and thought that this was an excellent way of preparing them. I broiled them until they were a bit crisp but not crunchy and they were perfect on my chicken salad! Kudos to the cook :-)

Chocolate Icing

I really was not fond of this recipe at all. I followed the recipe, but my icing did not taste chocolatey in any way. It tasted more like a very sweet maple icing.
