Baked Mushroom Chicken
I agree this was a little bland the first time I made it. The second time I made it I used a 13 x 9 pan, I added all the ingredients to the saucepan along with shallots and a garlic salt. I also coated the Chicken in Kosher salt. It was much better the second time. Both times I made it I needed to add 10 more minutes onto the cooking time.
