Baked Mushroom Chicken
I agree this was a little bland the first time I made it. The second time I made it I used a 13 x 9 pan, I added all the ingredients to the saucepan along with shallots and a garlic salt. I also coated the Chicken in Kosher salt. It was much better the second time. Both times I made it I needed to add 10 more minutes onto the cooking time.

Teriyaki Salmon
Loved this recipe and so did my husband. I did add 1/4 cup of brown sugar and I simmered all the ingredients together to dissolve the sugar. You can also add Dry Sherry in place of the lemon juice!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken
This recipe was so easy and my husband loved it. I did add kosher salt and pepper to the mayo/cheese mixture.
