Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I love this recipe, so easy and quick. I made for some friends and now im taking orders for the holidays....I used a little more then 1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree to add a little more flavor..

Easy Clotted Cream
i use this recipe for my scones , my customers just love it. Not exactly clotted cream but i get customers wanting it all the time.

This recipe is simple and one of the quickest recipes ive used. i use it as a base mix and add whatever other ingredients, such as peaches, chocolate chips ect...
