Bran Muffins with Coffee
These muffins were dense, did not rise, and I would not make them again. Needs more liquid (much more). Disappointing.

Crustless Cranberry Pie
Wonderful! The combination of cranberries and marzipan flavour is fabulous - I will definitely make this again!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These are very easy to make and a crowd pleaser! I add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to enhance the flavour! My husband loves them!
