About this Cook
I've been cooking since I was about three and my grandmother started to teach me. I have my hit or miss moments, but generally I'm a pretty good cook. I have had to change my habits a lot since I found out that I was diabetic.

Hamburger Goulash
Very tasty. I added carrots and mushrooms, and a little soy sauce. I also read the over reviews and added some more water, and a little parm cheese. Everyone loves it.
