Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

I made this recipe with no chili powder and I used green salsa instead of red. This was absolutely amazing. Even my skeptical husband and picky son loved it.

Sugar Cookie Slices

Love these cookies. I prefer cookies that are really chewy, almost half-baked. With these cookies, I can make them as undercooked as I want to and I can even eat the cookie dough raw without worrying about salmonella from raw eggs.
