Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
The potatoes did not cook thoroughly after one hour of baking, but I doubled the recipe. Also, because of all the cheese, there was a gross layer of grease on top of the potatoes. That being said, the potatoes had a wonderful flavor. I'd be interested in substituting the cream for something less fattening. I substituted garlic powder for the garlic slices, just because it was easier for me.
