Tortilla Rollups IV
The only difference I made was to use flavored tortillas and add sliced lunch meat (ham with sun-dried tomato tortillas, and turkey with spinach tortillas). I've made them several times and they're always a huge hit!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I made this last week for my boyfriend, and he said it was the best thing I've ever cooked! We easily finished off 1.5 pounds of salmon fillets! I made this exactly like the recipe says, only my fillets were pretty thick so I had to cook it longer. Served it with rice pilaf and green beans. This will be in my regular rotation of recipes now. Delicious!!!

Creamy Green Bean Casserole
This was pretty good...but it makes alot and gets old fast. Unless you have a huge family, I recommend cutting the recipe in half. Also, I used crushed cheez-its on top instead of crackers, which added some nice flavor and crunch!
