great white cake.....not to hard....make sure to beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks. If you don't, you won't get a good cake. Thank you for a great recipe!

fabulous recipe! Didn't change a thing, however made a triple batch of the frosting and it did 2 double layer cakes with a little left over! Take the advice of the other reviewer on how to make Dutch Process Chocolate if you don't have it.....add the 1/8 tsp to every 3 TBS of Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder...it makes a difference! Loved this recipe! I did mix the sugar and 1 1/2cups water in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Other than that, didn't change anything! I think I might add a few Kiwi slices for decoration and to vary up the flavors. Fabulous recipe for a lemonade base if you want to make multiple flavored lemonades!
