German Apple Cake I
I have made this recipe several times, topping it with cream cheese frosting - it's wonderful with no changes! Every time I serve it, guests comment on how good it is and/or ask for the recipe. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cocoa Angel Food Cake
Love it! My nephew has stomach problems and is on a strict low fat diet, so I was looking for a good low fat desert recipe for Easter. I needed something to replace a brownie in a trifle recipe, so here is what I did. I made the cake exactly like recipe, except I only baked it 35 minutes (trying to get a brownie consistency). I then cubed the cake which turned out perfectly chewy and moist, and layered it on the bottom of trifle dish, next I drizzled on a homemade raspberry sauce, the next layer was chocolate pudding that was made with fat free half n half, next layer was fat free whipped topping topped with fresh cut strawberries. I repeated the layers exactly the same except instead of the raspberry sauce I used a homemade fat free chocolate sauce second time around. One of the kids was asking for seconds and said he thought he liked this one better than the brownie one (little did he know that it was fat free!) Thanks so much for sharing a wonderful recipe!

New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas
This is a really good Black-eyed peas recipe. The second time I made this, I added spinach during the last 5 minutes of cooking - sooo good! Thanks for a great recipe!
