Delicious!!! I have tried this recipe twice, the last one was the best. I made a little change to the recipe, as follows: I put 3/4 cup of oil instead of a 1 1/4 cup; I added a dash of all spice, an extra teaspoon cinnamon and approx. half cup of sour cream. It turned out very very moist and very flavorful. I totally recommend it for a special ocassion. Many thanks to Tammy Elliot for submitting this great recipe

This recipe is delicious and a great alternative to surprise your invitees. (I love coconut) When i prepared it I made some changes, adding two tbsp coconut milk. But the coconut milk made it runny. To fix it I added two tbsp. more o cream cheese. I put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and it got the consistency desired. It was very yummy.

This is a very good veggie dish. Brussel sprouts are delicious and very easy to make. I highly recommend it.
