An excellent recipe which has become a regular meal in my home. I may try topping the peppers with cheese next time just to try something new but the recipe is certainly flavorful without any modifications and/or additions. Thank you for posting.

This recipe is delicious and has become a regular meal in my home. Everyone loves it. As far as adding additional amounts and/or ingredients to the recipe, I've followed the directions precisely and I've altered it as suggested by other users. I have to say, it comes out great either way. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I just made these muffins this evening and found them to be very bland. They were nothing like what I would expect a blueberry muffin to taste like. The muffins seemed more like cake-like, but again very bland. Will not make again.
