Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I love this recipe!! Make it the way stated and you won't be dispointed...it has a completely different flavor compared to other chicken slow cooker recipes. It has a roasted chicken flavor by cooking the chicken in the butter and dressing mix. Don't stray and put the soup in in the beginning or you'll end up with a standared slow cooker recipe.

Pepperoni Stuffed Zucchini

I made this for dinner last night and loved it!! I did jazz it up a bit by adding minced garlic, italian seasoning and cooking the mixture in EVOO. I also salt and peppered the boats and added an italian blend cheese to the boats before adding the mixture and also topped with additional cheese. I served it with the sliced tomatoes with fresh herb dressing from this sight. Will definetely make again!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Loved the cloves!!! My oh my...watching them bake right now and have not noticed any spreading. The only thing I changed was adding butterscotch chips instead of raisins. This is definetely a keeper for me. Now if I could only keep my husband from eating all the dough...

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Wow!! Used 1/3 less fat chream cheese and peppercorn ranch. Can't wait till it comes out of the oven...I couldn't stop eating it out of the pan!!

Italian Sausage Soup

Incredible! I used Jimmy Dean's sage sausage. Added and onion and italian seasoning. To add extra beans I used a can of red kidney beans when I added the northern beans. I also subsituted frozen spinach at the end. Loved this soup. Can't wait to make again!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

This recipe was soo good...as soon as I tasted it, I was ready to make another! Unbelievably easy and the results are fantastic! The only thing I did different was to throw some crushed garlic into the cavity along with the other stuff.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Perfect comfort food. The whole family loved it!! Even my picky daughter was the first to clean her plate! I did add a can of cream of mushroom and some poultry seasoning to the soup mixture. ( Both the cream soups were healthy reguest soups.) I wanted extra gravey for my homemade mashed potatoes. Definetly will make again and again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

My husband loves these cookies...even had one for breakfast today! They are so quick and easy to make and the end results are like you get when purchasing from a bakery. I had never had a butter recipe for cookies turn out so chewy. I will definetly use this recipe again.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I'm with another reviewer laughing at the fact there is actually a grilled cheese recipe!! Actually, with that aside, to switch things up a bit instead of butter use mayo. It gives it a great zip...even layer some ham in there.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

My family loved this! I butterflied the chicken breasts and let them soak for a couple of hours and then cooked them on the grill. I used the Lowfat buttermilk ranch recipe from this site and even dipped the chicken in some of the ranch dressing as we were eating it. Will definetly make again.
