I started cooking with my mom when I was very young. I made more of a mess than I helped, but ever since then, "Chef Brian" has been causing trouble in the kitchen. I still will sometimes give "Assistant Mommy" a phone call if I have a question on how to prepare a dish! Anything on the grill, and anything that involves spices! The list is endless! Nope, not really Jamacian Jerk Pork Kabobs on the grill. It was a hit at the tailgating party my family went to for the Navy-Air Force game we went to in Sept. 2007 Meatloaf. Long, painful story. I screwed that one up. We had Ruby Tuesdays that night. My wife and best friend will never let me live that one down!
