Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
excellent flavor, but too much sauce. had to add more corn starch to thicken it down more, and scooped some out to throw away. next time, i will try reducing the sauce mixture by 50%.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I loved the recipe, but did not like the wine in the sauce. I'm not wine drinker, so I'm sure it's my choice in wines (I had to rely on the advice of another shopper as to which to choose for cooking.) I will definately make the recipe again, but will leave the wine out of the sauce as a few other raters suggested.
