My family loved it and my hubby said I could now open a Mexican Restaurant. I followed most of the recipe, although I added only half of the amount of sour cream and I used 1 and 3/4 cups of Picante sauce. It came out perfect! I also added half a can of Pinto beans to the chicken mix. For the final 10 minutes of cooking I added more Monterey Jack shredded cheese with chopped tomatoes and green onions. We will definitely be cooking this dish again!
