Easy Pie Crust
I have never even attempted to make pie crust because I'm not a fan of rolling the dough etc etc. So this was perfect! I did cut down on the salt (think I used half of what the recipe called for). Also, if I have a pie that is to bake for an hour + I only bake the shell about 6-7 min so it can finish the baking process with the pie and not burn. Turns out perfect everytime. Thanks!!

Soft Zucchini Spice Cookies
These are AWESOME! My family loved them. They are so moist and have a great spice flavor. Will be making them again as I have an abundance of zucchini!

Peach Cream Pie I
I have never made fresh peach pie so this was a first. It turned out amazing and only lasted about 3 days! I put it in the fridge to keep which made it even better!
