Blueberry Pie

I made this for the last Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. Especially with my Dad who is a pie connoisseur. I used frozen berries that I froze in blueberry season and it still tasted fresh.

Ma Po Tofu

I love everything about this recipe. I make it all the time and everyone loves it... even if they are typically weary of tofu since it picks up the flavors of the dish nicely.

Braised Green Beans with Fried Tofu

Delicious! This is a favorite of mine. It's so light yet filling and the flavor is amazing. I've even made this for my vegetarian friends by substituting in vegetable broth.
