Chocolate Chex® Caramel Crunch

Love it. Crunchy chex and caramel, yum. I was making for Christmas treat so added red and green M&M's but put them on after I spread it out on the pan and most of them fell off when I went to break it into bite size pieces. Next time I'm adding a topping I will mix it in before I spread it on the pan.

Soda Cracker Candy

This is very good but I have had it before where there was less toffee and chocolate and like it better. Next time will only use a cup of butter and brown sugar. My toffee also went to the bottom of the cracker, maybe because I put too much on??? Sprinkled with Christmas sprinkles and it looked great was just a little too much toffee and chocolate for me. ** Update much better with 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar.

Pecan Pie IV

This was my first pecan pie and was sooo easy. Everyone loved it. I used a regular pie dish and it was perfect but I did have to put foil around the crust 1/2 way thru to prevent it from burning. Will make this recipe again and again.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

I gave this a 3 only because my peppers never really cooked, they were still kinda raw. I like mine soft and a little browned. The stuffing was really good and I would make that just on it's own.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

Shepherd's Pie VI

This was good, I did everything like the recipe said except I didn't have carrots in the house, so I used a can of corn. I think next time I make it I will use more vegetables, I don't think one is enough.

Marinade for Chicken

Not sure if I didn't make enough to soak the chicken but it was not very tender, it was tasty but next time I will make more (i cut down the recipe for 2 chicken breasts) and see if it works better.

This was a great easy meal. Great as a leftover the next day too. I spray the bottom of the pan & it came out easy. I also added salsa on top of the hamburg meat.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I made a few changes but the recipe overall is good. I will put this into my rotation of dinners. Good winter meal. I mixed the soup with 1/4 cup sherry and 1/4 cup water. I seasoned the chicken with pepper and I wanted biscuits not dumplings so just cooked the biscuits according to the package. Next time I might try adding veggies to the mix.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

I loved this dish, only had corn flakes cereal on hand, so used that. Did not drizzle butter over top because the butter in the bottom of the dish seemed like enough. Will make this again!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These are AWESOME. The best peanut butter cookie ever! Followed the recipe exactly except I only had 1/2 cup peanut butter in the house but I had some peanut butter chips so I added them.

Feta Chicken

This is a good easy dinner that I have made a few times already. I buy the thin sliced chicken breast to save time/mess on pounding chicken thin. It makes smaller pieces so expect 2 per person. I also add chopped sundried tomato's to the feta.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

These were ok, how bad can a cookie be. I followed recipe except did not have any brandy so used vanilla instead. They were very sweet so I should have cut back on the sugar like others said. I love cranberry's and white chocolate but will probally try a different recipe next time.
