Szechwan Shrimp
Very Good Flavor!!! I used chicken instead of shrimp, and I didn't have enough red pepper or garlic, so I used szechwan garlic chili sauce- super yummy. Just like carryout.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta
YUMMY! The only thing I did to change the recipe was to use the fresh basil in the garden-

Sugar Cookie Cutouts
This is a great recipe! However, I had to tweek it a bit. I realized that the dough is super sticky- so I only take out of the refrigerator 1/4 of it at a time, I have to use a pastry cloth and a rolling pin cover. I also increased the baking powder to 1 Tablespoon.
