Brownies with Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting
I'm rating this on the peanut butter frosting alone, because I used a brownie recipe rather than a mix. The frosting was super easy to prepare and to make it easier, I put the butter and peanut butter chips in the microwave to melt, stirred every 20 seconds til completed melted and then added the sweetened condensed milk. Still came out fantastic! A keeper!

Fudge Brownies I
I took the advise of some other reviews and added 2 more ounces of chocolate. I also changed 1 cup of the white sugar to dark brown sugar, used 3 eggs instead of 4, added 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, omitted the nuts and topped them off with peanut butter frosting, these came out like fudge! If you like your brownies more gooey then try this recipe but if your looking for a cakey brownie, this probably isn't the one. I will make this again because everyone I gave them to fell in love with them and wanted to recipe! They are super rich and chocolaty!

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
My family and I really love this. For the past 3 Sundays I have made it for them. This is soooo good with vanilla ice cream! I too, thought it was a little dry. I did use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose white and less sugar. I tasted my apples and they were super sweet so I was actually able to cut the sugar in half and not feel too bad about putting ice cream on top.
