I like to Cook various dishes & eat them too ;p, but i want to master all of my traditional native Puerto Rican dishes. I loved watching My grandmother cook, she had a natural finesse to it. no measuring cup, no instructions, etc. she just looked & mixed. at the end everything was as perfect as can be & to die for!! My mom is the same & my lil sister is headed that way! i want to be like them. so far pretty much everything i've cooked tastes good. omg, the first time i ever made rice..lol...my dad said it had a "snowball" effect & he could prob knock someone out w/it! but that was like 2-3yrs. ago, i'm much better now! ;p
