After-Christmas Turkey Potpie

Delicious! I doubled the recipe and made 2 pies. I used 1 can each of lowfat cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. My husband and my 19 month old enjoyed it. Will make it again for sure.

Banana Bread IV

This is one of the better banana breads that I have made and I have tried lots of different recipes. I reduced the fat by using becel margarine instead of the shortening. It was still very tasty.

Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken

Delicious! I did as others did and floured the chicken before placing in the slow cooker, to thicken the sauce. I added veggies (brocoli, yams and peas) and a can of coconut milk about 1 hour before serving. It was especially good the next day.
