Curry Pumpkin Soup
Great fall soup and very tasty! I added about half a cup of chopped onions at the beginning (cooked with the butter) and a tsp (give or take) of ginger for more zing.

Chickpea Falafel Burgers
Very good! Batter wasn't easily "shape-able" so I just placed spoonfuls in the pan to begin the cooking process--and as they cooked they held their shape. I used "Nature's Own" garbanzo beans to cut back the amount of sodium in the recipe too.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze
Wow--this was delicious and easy to make to boot. I did substitute olive oil and rubbed some fresh basil and garlic on the salmon before I cooked it. Will make this again!!
