Prawn Pasta

This is wonderful dish. I used whole wheat penne,passion fruit cider and a few extra garlic cloves in mine we loved it! I can't wait to make it for quick drop in company. So easy and so Good.

This is an all time favorite! More a stew than a casserole but so good great for a fall houseboat trip in BC. Our new comfort food of choice. A little work, I followed the recipe exactly but well worth it when you start to smell the wonderful aromas and finally take your first bite. A terrific Stew!

Dijon Crusted Halibut

I'm not a big Halibut fan, as I feel it's a little bland. With this recipe I won't have a problem serving halibut again. It was great! So easy and made for a very nice presentation as well.

Anna's Amazing Goulash

This is a wonderful soup/stew. It does take some time, but is worth every minute. I doubled the recipe which allowed for plenty to freeze for future quick meals. Everyone loved this and it will be a regular on the winter menu.

Lamb Chops Au Poivre

This was such an easy meal to make and served with wild rice and asparagus made a beautiful presentation. If you like lamb, you'll love this one. Quick and delicious, perfect for any surprise dinner guests.
