I just baked the cake today and my cake turned blueblack!!!! I used canned blueberries instead of the fresh ones and i mixed them to the batter and it got blended with the batter!
The taste is good though, moist and not too sweet! I used an 8" round cake pan, but the didnt rise too much. The height is about 1.5"! What's the actual cake would look like anyway??
