Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Nice peanut butter cake! I added extra egg & reduce the amount of milk to 1 cup & flour to 2 cups. I added a bit more peanut butter! It was moist & soft! Can taste the peanut butter in the cake!Everyone liked it!

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

I just baked the cake today and my cake turned blueblack!!!! I used canned blueberries instead of the fresh ones and i mixed them to the batter and it got blended with the batter! The taste is good though, moist and not too sweet! I used an 8" round cake pan, but the didnt rise too much. The height is about 1.5"! What's the actual cake would look like anyway??

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

This is my first pound cake that i baked! It turned out just great! Everyone who tried it loved it and they said it was really good! Moist, but a bit sweet. I used fresh lemon juice instead of the flavor and i used yogurt instead of the buttermilk! Thanks very much Cathy! I will definitely bake this cake again!
