Roasted Portobello Mushrooms with Blue Cheese

I must have done something wrong ....this just did not do it for me nor my husband. The flavors should work but the texture was all wrong . Will attempt again though!

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

A little bland , I added truffle oil which gave nice flavor.I also marinated chicken a day ahead in hazelnut oil garlic, parsley and salt which made it very moist.I also did fresh mushrooms , garlic and onions (as others suggested) then deglazed with the sherry .All in all a good recipe.

Eggplant Rollatini

I didn't find this fast or easy as others said . I sweated the eggplant first . I also added roasted garlic and spinach to the ricotta mixture. It was fantastic. This is a great recipe that has alot of room to add and play with.

Good . I forgot the green onion and I didn't use sour cream but instead fat free evarporated milk . I too added garlic and some onion . The cheese makes it .

great recipe ! I only used one tbsp of butter and olive oil for the rest. I also deglazed the pan with white wine then added the cream and capers. very good !
