Banana Crumb Muffins

yep , best ever. I actually did mine in a popover pan so they were giant. I took one right out of the oven and buttered it, awesome! UPDATE- I made a bread out of this and added a package of vanilla pudding to the mix with a little half and half(about a 1/4 of a cup). It is fantastic!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Amazing pretty much sums it up! I just realized that I didn't use the butter it called for and it was still superb. I added about 5 cloves of garlic because we love it and grated some parm on top. Thank you for this recipe!!!

Well, I read all of the reveiws saying it wasn't moist enough so I added some sour cream and now it is VERY moist. VERY good but almost too moist (if there can be such a thing). I will certainly make again but stick to the recipe sans sour cream.

Swiss Mushroom Loaf

The onion and mushrooms were a little too raw for my taste.The onions also just stayed on the top and didn't really meld into it as I had expected. Next time I'll try sauteing first . It is such a great concpet I plan on experimenting with different fillings.

Garlic Ginger Tofu

pretty bland as is , you really need to pan fry the tofu with onion then add carrots and some mushrooms. I then added chicken broth with some corn startch and had a great sauce.

Amazing ! Used diced Tomatoes not stewed and added garlic. it will be made regularly ! thank you! UPDATE- I HAVE STARTED USING FIRE ROASTED TOMATOS, THEY ARE FABULOUS IN THIS DISH!
