Greek Orzo Salad

I toasted the orzo with garlic and sea salt then added chicken broth to cook it. The result was flavorful and I didn't really need to add much artichoke oil.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I read the reviews saying it was too spicy....probably becase the jalapeno was not seeded!!! You must seed the jalapeno and take out the membranes!If this is done the spice is very mild...you could even add more jalapeno(which we did). Great recipe ,we really enjoyed it with Naan bread and carrot rice.

Great salad. the dressing was too watery though. I added water chesnuts and breaded the chicken in panko crumbs then pan fried .

awesome! I fried the potatos after I boiled and cubed them. I didn't use coconut milk only hevy cream and alot of yellow curry and red curry paste.
