Spinach Quiche

I realized that I really like my quiche to have a crust! This just didn't cut it gfor me, the bottom was very soggy and scrambled egg-like.

Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce

It5 just do happened that I had bought 3 packages of Boursin that I neded to use. I ended up usng two and a half for this dish! It was very good but to make it more flavourful you really need more boursin than stated.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

This is the best I have ever made.....it is wonderful and moist. NO changes were made other than tripling the topping. Great and easy recipe! Thank you:) Update* I made this in loaf pans for bread to give away, worked wonderfully! I made over triple the topping and it was even better than the first batch!

Chicken Milano

I loved it! Even the picky husband who does not eat sundried tomatos ate it happily! I diced my chicken beforehand and did it all in one pot doing the chik first , taking it out hen doing the rest. It was fantastic! I also added mushrooms.

Yakisoba Chicken

This just wasn't good....it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. Very soy saucey, my husband thought it was very basic lacking full flavor. The noodles were good but it needs somehting else to add to the flavor.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

wow, this is great! When I went to add the sour cream I discovered it was well past the due date so I did part yogurt and part ricotta cheese.............it was incredibly moist!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

We loved this more the second time I made it and I did ot have ginger nor the whole amount of cream. I used lemon pepper instead of lemon. I used a jarred tomato sauce for pasta which had some basil in it.....I don't think any of these changes comprimised the taste though. It was excellent.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

I agree with many, they did not have a strong PB taste or the sweetness I usually like but the texture was very good. I ut some caramel cups in the middles of some before baking and they turned out good, the dough held them well.

Garlic Cheese Grits with Shrimp

Great recipe! I could not find the processed arlic cheese so we used velveeta and about 8 cloves of garlic with the shrimp. Very tasty!

Spinach Brownies

These are great! BUT!!! It says NOTHING about draining the water you have the spinach in....do you dump it in the recipe with the spinach or do you drain it....I had no idea.I drained some and left some but that was a real dilema for me. I added granulated garlic and sauteed mushrooms along with alot of parmesan. It was excellent!

Aweesome , crispy and savory! I DID NOT simmer for time stated....that just seemed far too long....and I did not cover. I served with honey glazed carrots and roasted potatos.

The results were dismal. I know I'm the only one that seemd to have this problem so I'll have to try again. they were as hard as you can get no puff at all, just little hocky pucks.
