Simple Scones
these are fantastic! I put everything into a food proccessor and insetad of rasins I did dates. I then just plopped them down in mounds on cookie sheets.....my husband LOVES them!

Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins
loved them!! used half oat flour and four small sweet potatos. also added flax.....kids love them!
