Apple Bread II
I had excess dried apples so this sounded perect......I just didn't like the taste and when brought in to the office only a few slices were taken which is usually not the case of baked good I bring in. Sorry, hopefully it will work for others:)

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
Wonderful flavor! I cut way back on the dresing to broccoli ratio out of preference, but I will be making this regularly!

Spinach Quiche
I realized that I really like my quiche to have a crust! This just didn't cut it gfor me, the bottom was very soggy and scrambled egg-like.
