I've been married for 14 years and have two boys ages 12 & 13. I work full time so anything that I can find quick and easy always works the best for me. I love to bake but sometime find the time to fit it into my busy schedule. desserts, stir fry, Mexican food, soups, Italian and good ol' southern cookin. Christmas cookie making and Holiday dinners. Carnitas.....whew I sure killed it the first time I made this meal. Carnitas once again.....I like I said, it was horrible.
