Born in Ohio but now live in Texas. Now that I'm a Texan I love to barbecue. I also love to cook Italian dishes and lots of goold old comfort foods. My mom's family always makes tons of wonderful Christmas cookies, so I'm trying to pass the tradition along to my kids. When we were little we helped and it was a messy job and we end up with odd-looking cookies, but we loved doing it every year. I'm sure my kids will love it just as much and will continue to pass it along to their kids. Any time I get a smile or "good job Babe" from my hubby I consider it a triumph. 1000 characters doesn't give me enough room (LOL).
