Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
My husband said "this is the best pumpkin bread I have ever had!". I made only 1 loaf to use up some extra (about 2/3 of a 15oz can) canned pumpkin. I also chopped up some pecans and put them on top. I didn't fuss with the ingredients other than that, just followed the recipe.
