Coconut and Chocolate Rice Crispies
SO easy to make. I wish I had packed the treats tighter so the end result would be more dense.

Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf
Nice and juicy with very good flavor. I added an extra pepper and it still wasn't spicy enough for me, though! Worked well with ground turkey.

Mexican-Style Spaghetti and Meatballs
I forgot to add that 3-5 cloves minced garlic should be added to the ground meat mixture. Enjoy!
