I have been married for eight years and we have 3 beautiful boys, the last of which was born December 23/07. So I find myself constantly trying to find quick yet good things to cook as I am short on time. I love to quad with my husband when I am not home with the kids baking or cooking for them. We will try anything once. We prefer chicken and beef, but baking is my favorite thing to do with my 4 year old. Making taco style wantons. Not killing my kids with some of the really horrible things I have "created". Roasts, most of the time they are dry, still looking for that one good recipe.
