J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Definitely would make these again. Fluffy. Tasty. Followed other prior suggestion - used 4 T buttermilk and 3/4 c milk. Used 2 1/2 t baking powder and 1/2 t baking soda. Used cold butter rather than shortening. ** make sure to only roll them 1 " thick - first time I made them too thin.

Southern Peach Cobbler
Topping too sweet for me. I much prefer the shortcake type recipe. This one comes out pretty but the topping competes too much with the Yumm of the peaches themselves.
