Cool Cucumber Salsa
Made this for a party and it disappeared quickly! Whoosh! Lots of rave reviews. Served in scoop tortilla chips.

Sombrero Fajitas
Scaled this down, used a strip steak (Angel Food Ministries) to cut up and had a wonderful meal for two. I used salsa on the side instead of the tomatoes. Excellent and quick.

Bacon Quiche Tarts
I used pastry shells but otherwise made the recipe as is. I found it tasty but bland. It needs some other flavors or seasonings. It is a good base though and something to build on with future recipes.
