Absolutely Awesome BBQ Sauce

This is excellent! I minced one of the garlic cloves, and diced the other for the texture. Also, I recommend the dark rum and 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper for a little heat. This is wonderful on chicken.

Baked Havarti Chicken

I agree that there were too many flavors happening here. As much as I love Havarti, it just doesn't seem to work with Chicken. I will stick with Swiss & Mushrooms when I am in the mood for somehthing similar.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I think I prefer other things in my stuffed mushrooms, other than mushrooms. The filling was a lot of work, and the texture too mushy for us.
