Chex(R) Honey Nut Cherry Crunch
We made this for our holiday Christmas party and it was a hit! My mods: I used both cashews and peanuts, dried cranberries instead of cherries and just realized I left out the sesame seeds (oops). I also added a sprinkle of salt when I had it spread out to cool. All in all, it was delicious and I will definitely make this again. Yum!

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Dip
This is a fantastic recipe! I've made it several times and its always such a refreshing combo. The only change I've made, (due to it being winter), was to cook the Salmon in either a pan on the stove (covered over medium/med high heat) or baking it at 450 deg. I'm sure its going to be delicious grilled. I made it once with rainbow trout and that was great too. I've shared this with several other people and they've all loved it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub
I first had a Tri Tip when I was visiting my sister in San Diego and have been searching for something close to make at home; I was delighted to find this recipe because it is fantastic! The rub is great, but I did make 2 small adjustments. I cut the salt in half (it was a little too salty the first time around) and I added 1/4 tsp of Oregano. I've made it several times for large groups and it is always a huge hit. Thanks for sharing!
