Quick Cheeseburger Pie
I made this last night and followed the recipe exactly. No one would eat more than a couple of bites. Definitely won't make this again.

Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies
I had been craving brownies since going gluten-free a couple of weeks ago. These are by far the best tasting I have tried, but they are a little sweet. I made these just like the recipe says and used the Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Flour. They were great and didn't last the evening.

Green Bean Casserole I
This was absolutely great. The only change I made was to use cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. It added a great flavor. Super simple and everyone loved it.
