Garlic Parmesan Orzo

We loved this recipe. Not for those on a diet, but I did halve the butter and added a little extra milk after it had been sitting while we ate our salads. Fabulous!

We enjoyed this a lot. It was light, but also addictive! The only changes I made were to use a Greek vinaigrette and a whole can of beans drained and rinsed because I didn't want to waste them. Thanks for the recipe.

Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

Cajun Style Red Bean and Rice Soup

My 83 year old mother loves this recipe as do I. I didn't have the ham or as much andouille as needed but used some kielbasa. Turned out great!

Holiday Chicken Salad

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II

The cake was very easy and tasted wonderful. I would suggest just a light dusting of powdered sugar as a topping. The only reason it didn't get five stars was due to the nutritional analysis. Save for a special treat!

Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

I thought the icing overpowered the cake and had way too much cream cheese. Not what I had hoped for when I tried this recipe.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

We liked this very much with a few changes. I seasoned the chicken with cajun seasoning before adding it. I also halved the amount of pasta and added more cheese. Excellent!
