I am a stay at home mother of 2 with one on the way. Anything that is quick and easy, tasty, and of course, within budget. I do take the time to cook a long time alloted recipe if it is worth it. My mother is Italian, so i grew up eating a lot of pasta and cheeses. i can make a mean Lasagna, but the recipe will stay within the family, only. Sorry, folks. I burnt the Christmas cookies this year. Which is sad, because they we're store bought cookies.
