Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Oh sweet mother of Mary, this recipe deserves 10 stars. I will never, ever make meatloaf in the oven again. Literally, this is perfect.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

I don't own a bread machine so I followed Muffinmom's instructions. This is by far and awat one of the best breads I've ever made. It was so light and airy on the inside with a nice thin crust. I followed the recipe to the T except that I topped it with sea salt, shredded parm, and some sesame seeds. So so delicious.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This was delicious. I used chicken tenders rather than breasts but they worked just perfectly. I baked them less than called for because I'm convinced that cooking chicken the full time will dry it out greatly.

Pina Colada I

I didn't have any cream/half & half so I used all coconut milk. I also used lowfat because I think the full fat leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth. The drink was super tasty on a hot Texas afternoon!

Oh my gosh, this was so good! I didn't have pimentos and I did add some dill and a bit of garlic. I'm super picky about potato salad but this hit the spot.

Memphis Rub

I used this as a thick rub all over a whole fryer chicken and roasted it in the oven for 45 minutes. It was tender and the rub added just the right amount of spice. Certainly is a keeper.

Scrumdiddliumptious! Just my idea of a perfect coleslaw, creamy and tangy all in the same bite. I increased the amount of black pepper and decreased the amount of sugar. So good!

Vegetarian White Bean 'Alfredo' with Linguine

This was so creamy and wonderful. I added some grated parmesan on top and some black pepper and red pepper flakes. Delicious and definitely a keeper! Made me feel not so guilty about making alfredo and could be a good way to sneak some beans into a kiddo's diet.

Seven Spiced Shark Steaks

BUSH'S® Spicy Black Bean Fritters with Cilantro Ranch Dip

The flavor was good in these but boy oh boy were they ever greasy. Even after a lot of squeezing them with paper towels. Next time I make them I'll attempt baking them or stove top without the oil.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks
