Omelet Biscuit Cups

I made these for a breakfast bakesale at work and they were a SMASH hit. I left out of the mushrooms (cause I was out of them) but they were still very very yummy. Oh, and I used sausage rather than ham. The recipe os so versitle. I will remember this and change it up for future bake sales.

Tomato Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Reduction

I only made the balsalmic reduction as a dipping sauce for gorgonzola stuffed, bacon wrapped dates but the reduction was so delicious that I had to rate it. It would be amzing over mushrooms or steak.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

Can it have 5 stars times a million??? These were AMAZING! I used gorgonzola and cut the bacon in thirds (rather than half). They baked on a broil pan for maximum grease drainage for 25 minutes. I served them with one cup of balsalmic vinegar and a clove of garlic which I reduced. They were so delicious that the dipping sauce wasn't needed at all.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

I sort of made this for my son's first birthday party. I only used two types of cheese and I added some garlic powder, mustard powder, and nutmeg. It was so good even though I didn't follow exactly.
