anything in cookie form, the first pork chop I ever made was awful and tasted like a tire with gravy on it.

Pina Colada I
I didn't have any cream/half & half so I used all coconut milk. I also used lowfat because I think the full fat leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth. The drink was super tasty on a hot Texas afternoon!

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
Oh my gosh, this was so good! I didn't have pimentos and I did add some dill and a bit of garlic. I'm super picky about potato salad but this hit the spot.

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)
