the family agrees on this one. too much parsley too much italian seasonings needs another egg, some salt(possibly onion), some pepper, a longer cook time, mozzarella cheese instead of provolone ect. hopefully someone has or will post a better recipe.

i was glad i only smoked 2-3 lbs.using this recipe. the're not bad, but they just were not not that great either. middle of the road. the wife says the're a 4 star so i guess that makes this a 3.5 star to be exact.

we have used this recipe now 3 or 4 times and it is a winner everytime. a little different a little spicy very very good, no sauce needed. we have smoked almost all of the baby back recipes on this site and this is definitely the best. whenever we try a new recipe we only cook half the new way and the other half this way just to be safe. THE BEST BARRED NONE.
